Port pidgin_blist_set_headline() from GdkPixbuf to GtkIconTheme

This patch ports pidgin_blist_set_headline() from GdkPixbuf to
GtkIconTheme, including usage of the function. This allow for usage
of icons from the GtkIconTheme without the complication of having
to manually load them first.
