INTRODUCTION

This
is
a
simple
plugin
to
split
up
outgoing
messages
that
are
larger
than
a
specified
threshold
in
characters
.

delay

plugin
preferences
menu

yield

balanced
HTML
taking
into
account
tags
that
may
have
been
opened
or
closed
outside

split

Pango
to
split
the
message
as
appropriate
according

the
current
locale
