Add support for limiting bytes in the enh. history plugin. Closes #570

Patch from Thomas "arctanx" Karpiniec also cleans up the historize
function a fair amount.
TODO
- Remember the width of the nick-list on the right
- Colorize the nicks and highlight messages etc.
- Get rid of the font-stuff from the GtkXText widget and use the gtk-theme instead.
