Initial add of an NSIS installer script for the plugin pack. I just cheated and
ripped this off from Guifications 2.x. This needs substantial amounts of work
before it's release/distribution ready.
TODO
- Remember the width of the nick-list on the right
- Colorize the nicks and highlight messages etc.
- Get rid of the font-stuff from the GtkXText widget and use the gtk-theme instead.
