Some minor tweaks and attempt to do a channel auto-join list. The auto-join
currently does not work (purple_cmd_do_command() constantly returns
PURPLE_CMD_STATUS_FAILED, but gives no error message. Need to figure that out.
purple-plugin-pack for Debian

Not all of the plugins that are distributed in this source package are built by default due to the likelyhood of abuse. Enabling them for a rebuild is fairly simple and left as an exercise for the reader.
