This add a static inline version of `g_memdup2` if the version of glib we're
compiling against doesn't have the function.
GHSL-2021-045 was originally reported to glib at
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/glib/-/issues/2319.
More information about the entire situation can be found on the gnome
desktop-devel-list at
https://mail.gnome.org/archives/desktop-devel-list/2021-February/msg00000.html

* The status box is made up of two main pieces:
* - The box that displays the current status, which is made
* of a GtkListStore ("status_box->store") and GtkCellView
* ("status_box->cell_view"). There is always exactly 1 row
* in this list store. Only the TYPE_ICON and TYPE_TEXT
* columns are used in this list store.
* - The dropdown menu that lets users select a status, which
* is made of a GtkComboBox ("status_box") and GtkListStore
* ("status_box->dropdown_store"). This dropdown is shown
* when the user clicks on the box that displays the current
* status. This list store contains one row for Available,
* one row for Away, etc., a few rows for popular statuses,
