Modernize desktop file

- Set Name to just Pidgin
- Add X-GNOME-FullName. This follows a GNOME recommendation.
- Update Comment to remove old networks.
- Add Keywords
- Add GTK to Categories. This isn't critical, but GNOME had this in an
example.
