Remove unused pref widget helpers

Remove unused pref widget helpers

They are no longer used now that the plugin prefs are gone and other main prefs stopped using them.

Note, there are a couple references in the disabled-by-default plugins, but they need re-writing anyway.

Testing Done:
Compiled only.
