Add a bunch of shortcodes to make life easier.

These will need to be abstracted a bit to handle other stuff like libgnt,
gplugin, talkatu, etc, but this is way easier to deal with than it was.

Testing Done:
Ran locally and verified all of the Sourceforge links are working.

### Description
A remote AIM or ICQ user can cause a buffer overflow in Gaim by setting an away
message containing many AIM substitution strings (such as `%t` or `%n`).
### Mitigation
The substitution function was modified to use a dynamic buffer instead of one
with a fixed size.
