Make gplugin_get_option_group() call gplugin_init() when parsing
This patch has the GOptionGroup returned from gplugin_get_option_group()
call gplugin_init() in its post parse hook. This is a convenience to
allow parsing arguments without explicitly calling gplugin_init()
beforehand.
