Make a note of the Glib 2.8.x problems. Also add a link to the gnome bugzilla for the window obscured detection not working.

-GTK+ 2.6.2 + Win98/ME/NT4 = Wingaim crash - WinGaim builds starting with version 1.1.3 require GTK+ 2.6.x. There was an issue with GTK+ 2.6.2 that rendered it non-functional on Windows 98 and ME. GTK+ 2.6.7 restores functionality on these systems.
+GTK+ 2.8.x Unable to connect - It is not currently possible to use any version of WinGaim with any 2.8.x version of GTK+. Attempting to do so will result in an inability to connect and/or frequent disconnections. The issue is specifically in Glib 2.8.x. For those interested in the technical details, the GIOChannel implementation has been rewritten and appears to have some quirks - see the following bugzilla entry.
