SF Patch #1378965 from charkins

'For some reason the "irc.freenode.net" link on the
contact page is linking to www.freenode.info. Here's a
patch (or it might be easier just to change it by hand)
to change it to www.freenode.net.

I mentioned this on #gaim before, but don't think
anyone heard me. I guess a patch will make sure someone
notices.'
